For me, the journey into holistic health started more than 20 years ago, long before I ever imagined turning it into a profession. At the time, I was dealing with a chronic health issue that no one could explain. I spent months seeking answers, trying different treatments, and learning how to manage both the physical symptoms and the uncertainty that came with them. When the cause was finally identified, my recovery began — slowly but surely — and the experience reshaped the way I understood health, healing, and the body. It also became the foundation for the work I do today.
Before entering the world of health and therapy, I worked for many years as a legal and business translator. Eventually, I made the decision to leave that career behind and dedicate myself fully to what had truly fascinated me all along: natural and complementary approaches to healing.
Since 2013, I have been practicing as a massage therapist, and since 2015, as a Nutritional Therapist specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC). Over the years, I have trained extensively both in the UK and abroad, studying modalities that span Western clinical approaches and Eastern holistic methods. For the past five years, I have also been studying Osteopathic Medicine at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM), where I will graduate in July 2026. In addition, I am currently training in Acupuncture, further bridging medical and TCM perspectives.
My interest in understanding the human body goes far beyond formal qualifications. I have explored a wide range of movement and therapeutic disciplines, including Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, yoga, Pilates, contemporary dance, kettlebells, Tai Chi, and various breathing and relaxation techniques. Each of these practices has shaped the way I work, deepening my understanding of biomechanics, posture, movement patterns, and the mind–body connection.
My approach brings together the best of both worlds:
Western medical knowledge + Eastern holistic principles, allowing me to treat the body as an integrated whole rather than a collection of symptoms.
I specialise in chronic pain, women’s health, and cases where a combination of physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors contribute to long-term imbalance. My treatment style is personalised, thorough, and grounded in clinical reasoning — yet always delivered with compassion and respect for each client’s unique journey.
Over the years, I have worked with people from every walk of life: individuals recovering from injury, people managing long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia or endometriosis, those coping with stress or burnout, as well as clients simply seeking greater ease and balance in their bodies. My professional experience includes work with Premier League footballers, busy professionals, retreat guests, and clients of all ages. In London, I have had the privilege of working in 5-star spas, wellness retreats, and alongside respected osteopaths and physiotherapist.
My Core Values
Compassion: I meet every client with respect, empathy, and genuine care.
Integrity: My recommendations are honest, evidence-informed, and tailored to you.
Personalisation: No two treatments are the same — every session is responsive to your needs.
Growth & Learning: I continually expand my knowledge to offer the highest level of care.
Holistic Healing: I view health as the balance of body, mind, and environment, and my work reflects this interconnected approach.
Whether you are dealing with physical tension, chronic pain, movement limitations, or emotional fatigue, my role is to support you with effective hands-on therapy, clear guidance, and a grounded, integrated approach.
